During my time as a Junior Project Manager, I have supported two of the consequential workstreams of the industry wide CSS Programme. I have also led some of the smaller projects within the workstream.

During my time as a Project Administrator, I supported the whole Gemini & Integration Platform with their project admin. I provided additional support for some larger projects and created project documentation, along with other Junior Project Manager activities.

During my time as an Xoserve Business apprentice I worked in three different teams - Portfolio Office, Service Management and the Communications team. My responsibilities varied within each of the teams but I had exposure to chairing management meetings; delivering Service Improvements and updating both the internal and external Xoserve websites.
