I currently oversee the delivery of 16 contracts across Medway and Swale delivering community services including MSK services, Community Rehab, Speech and Language and Dietetics. I have both operational and strategic responsibility for the teams, including budget and finance (total responsibility £5m), HR, risk, incident management, complaints management, performance and contract management and service redesign.

Prior to accepting a wider, more strategic role, I was an operational manager for a number of Adult Therapy services within MCH.

A predominantly managerial role of 3 clinical services with additional management of a central booking team. I manage the budgets, recruitment, and all HR functions (disciplinary, sickness etc). I monitor clinical activity, waiting lists, cancellations and ensure rapid alterations to the services to meet the needs of patients and staff. I currently directly line manage 27 staff (senior clinicians and administrators) and in total have responsibility for 85 staff.
