Served on a team of 3 other Peer Coordinators as student leaders of the Writing Center community. Created and organized workshops for professors on topics such as peer review. Maintained a living spreadsheet of workshops through Google Sheets for efficiency and organization. Assigned and swapped tutors' shifts and assigned workshop/request fulfillment time through Starfish. Managed and distributed asynchronous requests as the summer coordinator.

Assisted students with writing skills, assignments, and projects through Penn State Learning's Writing Center. Led class workshops for 80+ students to further educate them on strong writing skills, habits, and knowledge.

Served as a student representative for Penn State University and its Alumni Association for prospective, current, and alumnus students as well as families and affiliates through tours, campus events, and organization-led projects. Led a team of Lion Ambassadors to plan ghost tours for the Haunted Valley event, organizing and giving tours for 2,000+ students and visitors.

Represented a 14-person committee as a member of the organization's Executive Board. Collaboratively led 27 members with another Committee Director to execute organization-wide, semester-long recruitment efforts through tabling, marketing, outreach, and event planning. Returned to a competitive internship program for a Fortune 200 company. Worked on the advertising and search side of the Corporate Brand Strategy Team. Completed competitive market research on the financial services industry and new marketing practices and platforms, implemented SEO strategies into press releases and news stories, organized creative and contacts for campaigns, and participated in internship program speaker events, workshops, and networking activities.

Served as a customer service representative for the Pattee and Paterno Libraries at Penn State University. Operated library applications and programs, assisted library patrons at welcome desks, and shelved books according to the Library of Congress' call number system.

Worked on the social media team under the Penn State Office of Strategic Communications to create social content across official university accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Published content on and pulled data analytics from Hootsuite, Iconosquare, and the Instagram app. Presented these analytics to the social media team to suggest strategies and improvements in practices. Led Instagram Stories content through recurring content such as This Week at Penn State, student spotlights, research spotlights, and heritage months.

Worked alongside the Vice President for Membership to attend and create recruitment and retention events for members, plan club retreats, and boost organization-wide morale.

Planned and ran fundraisers and philanthropic efforts for the organization. Spearheaded the first annual club philanthropy, The Bail Project, raising over $1,300 in a virtual setting.
