I have spent my whole adult career working in children’s homes over a variety of roles including registered manager.I am now working in a training and consultancy role with my ethos being if you train and nurture your team, your team will nurture and care for the children. To continue with my own CPD and hands on experience I am also a Reg 44 independent visitor and IQAI am a mum of 3 neurodiverse children so also have lived experiences of the challenges that children and families face.
