I now run a business that supports a range of accredited and non-accredited training, as well as the installations of defibrillators for local charities, businesses, and the community. My mantra is 'Doing something is better than doing nothing'. This is such a true statement, especially in a medical emergency, when people feel they wouldn't be able to support a life threatening situation on their own.

These courses are designed to be fun, interactive and a safe place to learn life saving skills, as well as making new friends. We explore the world of CPR and get hands on with defibrillators, as well as practising on manikins for emergency situations like choking in infants, children and adults. These courses are built to empower people to not only step forward in a medical emergency, but feel confident with the right set of skills to make a difference. -
