As a Programmes Administrator at Cardiff Metropolitan University, I support the programme administration team in the School of Education and Social policy enabling them to efficiently manage the programmes offered by the school. My day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to managing inbox enquiries and supporting students with administrative issues, processing applications and maintaining up to date records as well as facilitating committees and exam boards. Previously, I supported the Student Insight Team providing feedback, analysing data and writing programme reviews. I have 2.5+ years of experience in this role, where I have developed my skills in data analysis, graphic design, and quality assurance as well as developing a sound understanding of university processes. I enjoy collaborating with different teams and stakeholders to enhance the student experience and academic standards at Cardiff Met.I am also a freelance photographer with 4.5+ years of experience, specialising in portrait, editorial, street, and commercial photography. I have a BA in Photography from Cardiff Met, where I expanded my knowledge and skills in various aspects of photography, such as lighting, composition, editing, and storytelling. I have undertaken a variety of commissions, ranging from fashion and editorial work to commercial event photography and portrait work. I am passionate about capturing and expressing the unique personalities, emotions, and stories of my subjects.
