Develop and maintain system engineering documents: FMEA, System and component Risk Assessments, DVPSOR, System timing plans and gantt charts, FFPSO, operational sign off, Service and Machine installation manuals.

System owner of EAT hardware, also including V Band Clamps and DEF hardware, and EAT product integration, across global applications of ST V, Hydrogen and current programs. Deliver EAT hardware from concept to delivery, preparing design concepts from Legislation emission specifications and JCB Product ranges. Design release of all EAT components, knowledge and application of DVPSOR, DFMEA and Risk Assessments. Lead Design contact with suppliers (worldwide, and technical lead on trips to supplier plants in France, India. Work towards ensuring validation of all components, from structural integrity, lifting tests, FEA, and CFD analysis.

Alongside my role as a Systems Engineer in design, I lead timing plans and project management for all open OEM support tasks across base engine applications project tasks. Manage design tasks, PLM release of parts, support and manage internal departments on workload and component release. Handle communications between suppliers, customers and internal departments, allocate budgets for individual projects, and support delivery of OEM products to worldwide customers and production lines.
