I worked on the Advocacy & Justice Clinic at the PBC, through which we match clients with DC civil legal matters with pro bono attorneys. I conducted client intakes and subsequently communicated with clients, assisted clients with managing immediate legal deadlines, and coordinated their placement with attorneys. I also developed and administered both a survey to identify and track results of novel eviction record sealing law in DC and a survey to measure client satisfaction with our program.
