Recent completion of an 18 month contract with Learning Seat in a Learning Consultant and Project Manager role for their largest project to date with Melbourne Airport. My role assumed responsibility for the complete management and delivery of the project, including: - Initial consultation with the client to design a complete program, schedule and timing plan extending over a 24 month period - Ongoing management of the project schedule, budget and internal weekly resourcing- Start up of each module involving a consultative process with the SME to establish a content-based solution, followed by development of a theme and style- The complete Instructional Design process including writing of the Course Overview, Storyboarding of module content and management of the sign off process- Initial mock-ups of online interface and activities, management of the Digital Development process and Quality Assurance until delivery- General accounts at key milestones and the ongoing relationship management of the client.
