- Working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service within set turnaround times. - Providing brokers with SME new business / renewal quotes.- Working closely with account managers to provide retention quotes. - Processing extensive amounts of data with great accuracy. - Onboarding both direct new business and broker new business groups (processing company details, checking underwriting, setting up payment, issuing documents).- Handling internal and external queries regarding quotes, group admin, payments and underwriting.- Effectively communicating with various departments across the business to ensure positive customer experiences.
