Working part-time on this role required autonomy and a high focus and output.

Responsible for Huntley & Palmers, Meal Mates, Snax as well as developing a new brand (Cravers). Challenged with aggressively growing the crackers portfolio and doubling market share within 3 years. Led cross-functional team to develop new “challenger brand” strategy to re-position & re-launch Huntley & Palmers including full packaging re-design (30 sku’s) & new communications strategy. Strong focus on NPD (12 new sku’s). Launched ETA Cravers – a new snacking crackers brand.

Created Trans-Tasman marketing strategy for all brands including large sponsorship events such as the VANS Bondi Bowl-a-rama and key communications campaigns. Liaison with international principal companies to meet brand guidelines. Received global nomination for International Marketing Campaign of the Year from Vans USA in 2008
