Gained valuable communication and leadership skills by tutoring over 100 students enrolled in calculus courses. Successfully improved students studying strategies and understanding of course material by creating weekly lesson plans and administering three sessions per week. Received positive feedback from students and professors regarding my leadership capabilities and success in improving the average grade in the classes.
