I worked part-time as an Academic Tutor for Learnwell. I worked with individuals of all ages with diverse abilities who were struggling academically. I worked as a Political Science Researcher at SFU on both a contract and volunteer basis. I was responsible for conducting research utilizing a variety of online databases, survey and interview data in order to understand the Trans-Atlantic Alliance (NATO). I am still working with an SFU Political Science PhD student to publish a refereed publication on the pedagogy of teaching international security.

I was part of a diverse team conducting research on what youth want to see in Canadian cities post-COVID 19. Our team conducted primary and secondary research using indexing, databases and computer software in addition to community outreach. Part of my job was to interview various youth on their opinions regarding experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. Analysis of data was performed using computer software and written reports.
