Ongoing management of all marketing and socials to drive awareness of By Day and the services it offers. Appointed as an Advisory Board Member offering business growth advice and helping to run the day to day business looking after all marketing related client and consultant projects to drive conversion.

Managing the group of Dendron business Home Brands including Blistex, Astral, Snufflebabe, Dentinox, Dentyl and Medijel. Working alongside Dendron sales to develop trade promotional activity including trade spend, POS, shelf presence and distribution strategy. Managing the BMs to prepare annual brand marketing plans in line with long term strategy and growth objectives. Develop, recommend and execute all marketing plans including ATL and BTL activity alongside annual brand budget and challenging costs where appropriate. Responsible for the brand budgets with P&L accountability, forecasts and stock levels doing robust analysis for all whilst understanding account and net sku profit with clear recommendations.

Responsible for all marketing, advertising and promotions for the flagship Covent Garden Spa and the smaller Boutique Spas. Key parts to the role include the annual promotional plan for the spas, new annual brochure and gift vouchers, brand identity and all brand communications including merchandising and POS. Previous roles at Sanctuary included Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Manager working on the marketing, promotions and advertising for the products plans with Boots and the Digital strategy during the 8 years of employment.
