I began in 2014 with marketing and directly managed the first two sites - St David’s Marist Inanda and Nova Pioneer •Marketing: I head up the marketing support division of the business and consult/mentor franchisees daily to ensure they are driving enrolment numbers at current sites, engaging with schools and communities to grow the Sherpa Kids Brand and form school partnerships.• Sales: I manage the company’s marketing strategy, website and digital media space. I head up sales strategy: from conceptualisation, design, planning and communication to execution and follow up reporting.
