- Preparing and distributing monthly KPI reporting information- Providing assistance with the completion of yearly budgets and forecasts- Assisting in preparation if monthly P & L and Balance Sheets- Monitor monthly expenditure against budgets and perform variance analysis- Prepare monthly financial reports to provide relevant and timely information to the Management Team and Equity Partners.- Prepare end of month prepayments and accrual journals and overhead distribution journals.- Monitor monthly expenditure against budgets and perform variance analysis- Conduct regular reviews of the cost allocation process to facilitate disbursement of overheads across practise groups.- Full Management of the Trust Account including including liaising with auditors in Annual Trust Audit.- Assist with end of financial year processes- Liaise with and provide appropriate advice to staff from all departments on relevant financial processes.- Develop and maintain relationship with clients to improve the productivity and efficiency of relevant financial processes within HW- Advise on system and workflow problems and recommend actions for improvements or solutions. - Continually review processes within AP an report on recommendations for business process improvements and efficiency.- Process vendor invoices verifying accuracy, approvals and account coding in accordance with firm requirements- Prepare cheques and associated reports as required with firm schedules- Prepare and maintain pre-authorise payments monthly as required- Prepare all AP sub-ledger journals for posting to GL monthly- Reconcile AP sub-ledger to GL monthly- Respond to vendor inquiries as required- Assist Finance Manager with monthly trial balance review- Responsible for processing of journals, invoices and other financial transactions across all HW activates.- Preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliations- Monthly depreciation journals entries and reconciliations- Bank reconciliations

Responsible for all Daily Prompt Cheques / Receipting and Supplier Invoice Entry.Responsible for managing the Trust Account. Responsible for Accounts Payable .
