Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Current- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for on average 30+ open positions across multiple departments within the organization.- Helped implement a new Applicant Tracking System and work diligently to keep it accurate and up-to-date.- Partner with local community colleges to establish and promote student employment opportunities via career fairs, classroom presentations, and apprenticeship programs.- Work directly with students, schools, and managers to coordinate externships and shadowing opportunities.- Collaborate with the on-boarding team to create a smooth workflow from recruitment to new hire orientation.- Provide additional Human Resources support as needed within the department.
