About Emma Dowling
I'm an optimistic, curious, and adventurous creative with an entrepreneurial spirit and love of invention. I cut my teeth in-house and rounded out my design direction chops in agency.I believe in design thinking, intentional design, and the importance of infusing fun into the process and the result. I’m passionate about creating original, thoughtful, innovative, and implementable creative with a high level of craft. My team mission is to foster creative community, improve team process, and mentor rising creatives. Outside of work, you can find me geeking out on industrial and furniture design, romping around with Bruce the Boxer, illustrating for my passion project Recess Studio at Compound Studios, or fighting gravity at the gym. I graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and completed a PreCollege Industrial Design course at California College of the Arts.
