In my current role as a Sales Assistant with Beleza my key responsibilities include: • Providing exceptional customer service, which includes assisting customers with fitting, sizing and answering general enquiries.• Liaison with Head Office Management and relevant School Management regarding product distribution, customer enquiries and store maintenance. • Administration duties: customer orders, till float, log book completion and filing.• Opening and closing of the store, stock control, management and store merchandising.• Processing cash and card payments.• Reporting discrepancies and problems to my manager• Balancing cash registers with receipts including dealing with customer refunds.• Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping.• Considerately handling customer complaints.• Monitoring the security within the store including being mindful of shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards.• Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.• Adopting safe working practices in line with the WH&S Act and WH&S policies and procedures.

In my previous role as a Childcare Assistant with Kidcare my key responsibilities included: • Instructing children in health and personal habits such as eating, resting, and toilet habits.• Reading to children, and teaching them simple painting, drawing, handcrafts, and songs.• Organizing and participating in recreational activities, such as games.• Assisting in the preparation of food for children, serving meals and refreshments to children and regulating rest periods.• General cleaning and maintenance of all areas including the kitchen, bathroom and play areas. • Providing assistance to handicapped and disabled children.• Assistance with managing staffing and children ratios.
