I am currently working at Imperial College London as a post-doctoral researcher. I completed my 4-year PhD at the University of Birmingham in 2018, in collaboration with MedImmnue. I focused on understanding the fundamental characteristics of innate lymphoid cells in skin inflammation models. I started my first post-doctoral position at Imperial in 2019, in which I have worked for 3 years. My research is focused on investigating the role of the skin immune surveillance, on DNA repair pathway choice.I am experienced in being a lead researcher on multiple wet-lab based projects, taking the project from experimental design through to data collection, statistical analysis and presentation. I am specialised in the areas of immunology and oncology, with multiple skills in primary data collection. I particularly enjoy an organised approach to my work, logically solving problems and developing innovative outcomes.
