I am a dedicated and passionate student nearing the end of a Bachelor of Environmental Science/Bachelor of Marine Science and Management double degree at Southern Cross University. I have a particular interest in the marine environment and majored in Coastal Management.I have recently completed an internship at Australian Seabird and Turtle Rescue (ASTR), during which I gained skills and expertise in marine wildlife rehabilitation. Throughout my internship, I provided care to sick and injured sea turtles, as well as a wide range of shorebird and seabird species. I have excellent teamwork, communication and leadership skills, which I have developed throughout university and my role at ASTR. I also have excellent research, report writing and data collection skills, which I have honed throughout my degree.
