FilesThrutheAir manufacture a range of Temperature and Humidity monitoring solutions.Being Product Supervisor involved being supervisor to Sales Admin; tracking 230 stock lines and liaising with the HK and UK operations teams to closely maintain stock levels, often thinking outside the box to work around problems or to achieve deadlines. Part of my role was to push sales, working closely with the marketing team and also being involved in the NPD team, I stepped in to project manage a new product launch in Jan 2019 which I enjoyed. I also was in charge of analysing the cost of sales and profits for management reporting. This role covered lots of areas, which called for good organisational and communication skills for working with other departments to make sure that product is built on time - this often involves negotiations and on the spot problem solving

Inbound Call Centre : answering calls and emails from customers and financial advisers regarding policies including Life Insurance and Pensions. I took on a supervisory role when auditing other colleagues calls and providing feedback.
