Facilitating large workshops, collecting and refining user requirements into user stories with UX/UI teams and maintaining them in Agile project management tools, Confluence and Jira.Previously working.

Charged with the analysis for the Government mandated Smart Meter National Rollout project.Responsibilities include mapping 'as is' and 'to be' business processes, gap analysis and producing technical specifications. In addition, whilst the IT Department adopts the Agile and Scrum frameworks, alongside implementing User Stories as a new way to document.

In a truly Agile IT department utilising Scrum, delivered both externally facing e-commerce projects on the Wickes multichannel website utilising the Hybris platform, and internal digital projects such as a new group intranet, HR Toolkit, and performance development tool utilising the Google platform and suite of apps. Worked with teams of engineers both.
