As Market Research Manager, I am responsibility for the market research and ad-hoc analyses across all UCB CNS & Immunology brands in the UK and Ireland. My role requires delivery of clear, relevant and timely information, with insightful interpretation that enables the business to support decision-making within and across the business.

Working within the Healthcare Custom team, I was responsible for conducting ad hoc market research, both within the UK and Internationally. I gained a wealth of experience with a wide range of research techniques using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Specifically, my role included co-ordinating projects from set-up to delivery; liaising with external agencies; creating and delivering presentations and identifying future opportunities for both current and potential clients.

Within the Consumer Healthcare arm of the business, my role was to assist in the implementation of marketing research to feed into strategic plans for in-line products and NPD. This encompassed both continuous and ad hoc research projects, as well as working across the entire portfolio of consumer brands, such as Nicorette, Calpol, Benylin and Benadryl.
