Key roles included buying for all accessories in store, working within budgets and deadlines, and liaising with brand reps and agents. Visiting buying exhibitions and trade shows and negotiating to bring new brands and products into store. Merchandising of all products in store including furniture, planning and delivering floor moves and seasonal changes across the store.

With personal brands and responsibility across the shop floor. Liaise and lead as required with brand reps and sales partners to build strong and effective working relationships and create a cohesive and inspiring department to achieve sales objectives.

Part of a specialist help team that was brought in from across the company to stock and prepare the new stores for opening in Ashford and York. As a team we used planograms and various merchandising techniques to create a fresh and inspiring store within a short time frame. Commended for my initiative, leadership skills and strong work ethic which contributed to its successful completion.
