I have worked for Sedgwick ( formerly Cunningham Lindsey) for 24 years, enjoying several Client facing roles. I have experience across Domestic, Commercial, Motor , Marine, Liability, Product Recall and Real Estate claims. My previous roles have included (but not exhaustive) ; Client Delivery Lead for several International Corporate accounts where I worked alongside senior figures and witnessed the various attributes, skills and attitudes, required to really foster the best possible working relationships with Clients. I have always enjoyed Client interaction and this role gave me the best foundation to move on to become a Client Delivery Manager within TPA Property for the Lloyds and London Market team where I had operational responsibility for several key clients, the National Recoveries Unit, the TPA Marine service provision and the Supply Chain Management Services team. My current role is Lloyd's & London Markets, Client Director.
