My most recent position was to oversee the work throughout the company within a busy mortgage department of Paragon Bank, managing workflow to ensure that applications are progressed within agreed timescales and that the customer experience is as smooth and consistent as possible. As part of my role, I conducted staff performance and training requirements, I completed compliance checks on each new application we received, and I managed our business pipeline and conducted data analysis which was then used throughout the business to provide the best possible customer journey. I built relationships with our brokers and lenders at various levels which was vital for good working relationships, attended weekly management meetings to discuss each area of the business and any business enhancements required and then implemented and rolled out any changes to our procedures and updated our internal process’.I have an interest in financial crime and have obtained the ICA certificate in Anti Money Laundering. I was recognised for my hard work by being a finalist in the British Specialist Lending Awards 2023.
