Emma is a Vice President at VOX Global, working with clients on social impact and environmental sustainability. As a strategic thinker, skilled writer and experienced project manager, Emma partners with companies to navigate every step of their sustainability journey. She specializes in conducting materiality assessments, evaluating and strengthening sustainability programs and disclosures, communicating with stakeholders, improving data maturity, writing ESG reports, and transitioning from voluntary to regulated ESG disclosures. Emma is trained on the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)/European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) frameworks. Emma previously worked for the National Alliance of Forest Owners (NAFO), a trade association committed to advancing the long-term economic, social and environmental benefits of privately owned forests. As NAFO’s program manager, she worked on projects across the organization from communications and governance to data management and events. She started her career working on political campaigns in her home state of Illinois.Emma studied political science at The College of Wooster and earned her Master’s degree in Sustainability Management from American University’s Kogod School of Business.
