As a business analyst I have the skills to navigate through the full end to end project lifecycle. Ensuring both my team and stakeholders are taken through the project journey providing them with the solution to their needs. I do so by using skills such as conducting workshops, eliciting requirements, customer journey maps, creating wireframes and much more BA tools.I have completed requirements engineering, date modelling, business analysis foundation course supporting me with my knowledge in my day to day work and allowing me to have the skills I need to be as successful BA in projects.I conduct my work in a user centric way, stakeholders and users always being the at the heart of the problem I am trying to solve.
