Plan 48 units machine schedule and raise production order according to manufacturing process and lead times to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.Complete reports and data analysis to review and evaluate production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory and finished goods demand. Prepare annual budget report for measure project performance.Furnish the sales team with lead-time information to enable them appropriately handle customers’ enquiries.Liaise with purchasing, operations, project and management departments and other stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met.

Involve in sourcing of new vendors, price negotiation, costs reduction and shortening of lead time activities and contract terms with suppliers. Process project and site order and arrange delivery logistics.Monitor inventory level and plan on stock replenishment to fulfill business needs after analyzing trend and demand. Manage just-in- time incoming deliveries, minimize stocks storage costs.Follow up with vendors on goods delivery, invoices and required documents. Coordinate with Account department to ensure timely payment.Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements.

Business Planning. Arrangement export and import shipment.Perform material sourcing, planning all purchase requisitions and monitor production line. Responsible to establish strong work relationships with distributors, suppliers, vendors etc both local and overseas.Analyzing business processes and flows.
