Emma joined Colliers in 2017 as a Team and Marketing Assistant in the Capital Markets division, before moving to developer, Assemble where she found her passion for residential development. Emma returned to Colliers in 2021, joining the residential team in Victoria as an Assistant Project Manager, in this role she has built a reputation as a diligent and hard-working team member. She supports the Development Sites team with the coordination of key documentation and marketing collateral for development sites between the value of $10-$100 million.Emma works with a range of key stakeholders to develop promotional material for our development sites. She is responsible for creating high-quality information memorandums, property creative and advertisements, arranging photos shoots and creating brochures.Over the past 4 years, Emma has built a strong level of knowledge on the property market and marketing strategies to maximise our clients’ property sales campaigns. Emma has worked on a number of key campaigns that have achieved outstanding results across the CBD, Metro and Land divisions of our Development Sites department.
