Giving product presentations on new GM vehicles and various pre-owned vehicles is done on a daily basis. Making a customer fall in love with a vehicle is my everyday goal. Presenting figures, conducting customer statements and finalizing vehicle purchases is what I strive to accomplish each and everyday. Establishing a trusted relationship with my customers that lasts longer than the day of purchase is a goal that I strive to achieve each and everyday. Customer satisfaction is the number one priority when it comes to my career.

Assisting the sales consultants in every aspect of their work day, wherever it was needed. From product presentations to customer statements, I was able to assist whenever a sales consultant was juggling multiple tasks at one time.

Making reservations via telephone and checking guests in and out of their rooms was a typical eight hour shift. Assuring guests has everything that they needed to make their stay as enjoyable as possible was top priority.
