Designed and delivered training courses: ‘Customer Services’ ‘Stress Management’, ‘Effective Communication’, and ‘Leadership’ for 20 to 30 participants per course. These courses were delivered to participating companies and were part of a special Government initiative which subsidized the companies that decided to engage in the programs.
