Hello! My name is Emma Olson, and I am currently a Junior at Texas Tech University. I am studying to obtain my Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media and Professional Communications; with a minor in Public Relations and Strategic Communication Management, as well as a Certificate in Sports Media.My background in the service industry has equipped me with the necessary skills and confidence to excel. In my experience, I have had to interact with an array of different people on a daily basis and to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management. I have developed strong communication, collaboration, motivation, and problem-solving skills. My communication skills are persuasive and well founded, made evident by working with a variety of patrons and employees in a professional manner. I have enhanced my problem-solving skills by troubleshooting issues with customers and resolving any conflicts that may arise. My motivation comes from my enthusiasm for success in projects, my desire to learn and to contribute to a team.
