Summer research assistant, funded by the Santa Rosa Creek Foundation, working on the Central Coast Black Oystercatcher Monitoring Project. Job duties included monitoring the reproductive success of Black Oystercatchers (Haematopus bachmani) and potential threats to productivity. Public outreach and education while in the field. Helped onboard new student research assistants and coordinate field schedules. Supported by the Santa Rosa Creek Foundation.

Measured museum skeletal collections and collected data on avian eye morphologies. Completed detailed documentation and cataloguing of measurements.
