I lead the award winning Residential Property team across our offices in Swansea, West Wales and East Wales. My role includes having prime responsibility for relationship management with panels, estate agents, lenders and other existing major providers of work; development of new business opportunities; growth and development of our team members and our overall strategy for residential property as part of the wider Firm model.I have experience of a wide range of commercial property and residential property work. This includes leases, purchases and sales of commercial premises, sales and acquisitions of high value residential property, agricultural land transactions and separate representation work for lender clients. I have acted on behalf of a large public sector organisation with their wide ranging property needs and also continue to act for property investors with significant commercial and residential property portfolios.I have grown a successful, driven and client focused team over the last 7 years. This was recognised in the prestigious Wales Legal Awards 2019 where we were named as the Residential Conveyancing Team of the Year.
