In my current role, I welcome visitors to Osterley Park and House, inspiring them to engage with and support, not only Osterley but all National Trust places, through building enthusiasm and encouraging visits to such places. While providing information about both Osterley and the National Trust as a charity, I strive to ensure that every visitor has a wonderful day and leaves with more knowledge of and passion for the charity and its conservation work. I also assist with handwritten signage across the property where needed, making sure they convey important information/messages and are within brand guidelines, whilst being appealing to the visitor. I have been involved in art-based projects for the property from time to time, such as the illustrations for trail maps, children’s colouring sheets and some props to be used onsite for seasonal trails which has been perfect for expressing my creativity.
