This summer, I have the incredible opportunity to work with the talented team formation strategists at A.Team. My role focuses on implementing and refining onboarding processes for builders on the A.Team platform. I am engaged in projects with clear KPIs aimed at enhancing team formation, sourcing builders, and revamping the sourcing strategy.Throughout this internship, I am gaining valuable insights into team dynamics, honing my project management skills, and learning a litany of new strategies to drive success. It's been an amazing experience contributing to such an innovative environment and seeing firsthand how our efforts positively impact the builder community.

I am currently learning the ropes of management consulting through Tamid's programming. My initial semester was dedicated to immersing myself in the education sector, focusing on fundamental skills in the realm of management consulting. Stepping into the next semester with Tamid, I'm thrilled to collaborate with Israeli startups. My focus is on applying my learnings to real-world scenarios, contributing to the growth and success of innovative ventures. I am also excited to act as treasurer for Tamid this next semester.

During my enriching Gap Year Program in Israel, I had the unique opportunity to intern with Selectika, an innovative Israeli startup specializing in website technology for fashion companies. In this role, I collaborated with the CFO to conduct detailed market research, honing in my analytical skills. I also helped craft and refining business memos and editing investor reports, ensuring they accurately reflected the company's objectives and achievements. Another aspect of my role was designing graphics for marketing purposes, which were effectively utilized on the company's Instagram and LinkedIn platforms. This experience was valuable, offering me a firsthand glimpse into the workings of a successful startup and significantly contributing to my professional growth. I am immensely grateful for this opportunity and the insights gained during my time at Selectika.
