Resilient is a cloud based voice services provider, its primary channel partner is BT. I have a wide and varied role, which involves the management of BT channel marketing as well as development of the Resilient brand to its customers and new partners.

Heading up a newly created team, it was my responsibility to centrally manage the creation and implementation of campaigns for EMEA and APAC. This involved liaising with the global product teams, ensuring regional support, budget allocation and buy-in. I was responsible for developing the content assets to be utilised across the different regions.

Responsible for direct and channel marketing for UK and Ireland. Key initiatives were to improve customer and partner relationships, reposition CA corporate brand and drive new business within the security and IT service management market.
