    My role as a Recruitment Operations Manager within Capita is to work on their RPP (Recruitment Partnering Programme) with the British Army - Ministry of Defence. As part of Europe's largest RPO project my role isto drive and lead recruitment activity that will ultimately meet the Army's Resource Demand Plan.As part of the management team running the operation for the whole of the Southern UK, I manage geographically and professionally diverse teams, blended of both serving British Army soldiers and Capita personnel based in offices in Bristol, Bournemouth, Salisbury and Southampton responsible for all Soldier recruits in Avon & Somerset, Wiltshire,Dorset and Hampshire.Other responsibilities include:• Workflow and resource management to ensure teams optimise the opportunities within their markets, pipelines and resource.Regional lead for AOMI the UK wide pilot for this workforce resource management platform. Robustly testing the system across my four offices as well as liaising with UK Leadership, providing feedback and recommendations on the system design and implementation.• Member of the DRS UK wide Superuser Team, implementing change, training users, helping to improve the platform. I am the southern UK lead and I ensure best practice across the region not only for our people with their system interface but also ensuring good candidate experience and improved reporting.• Assess and interpret data to identify areas of both under and over performance of the local areas and individuals• Create and roll out recruitment strategies to continuously improve performance and candidate experience• Reviewing company processes to ensure they remain relevant, make necessary change recommendations for continuous improvement including quality standards• Identify and develop key stakeholder relationships with senior management in the Army to ensure the regional recruiting effort is relevant and effective for their needs
