I am a postdoctoral researcher at L'institut Curie, working in the laboratory of Prof. Sebastian Amigorena. My research focuses on CD4+ T cell immunity and dark genome antigens in cancer. I completed by PhD in the laboratory of Prof. Thomas Gebhardt at the Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity, the University of Melbourne. I am proficient in molecular cloning, gene editing using CRISPR-Cas9, single-cell RNA sequencing, high dimensional flow cytometry, intravital 2-photon microscopy and murine cancer models.
