As an Associate of the practice I am responsible for successfully delivering projects, whilst also managing QA, H&S and Environmental matters within the company.My experience covers a wide range of sectors (including residential, education, refurbishment, historic buildings, commercial, roads and drainage, ballistics) and project values (from small refurbishment schemes to £40m facilities) under both traditional and D&B forms of contract. My passion is to deliver the Client a project which exceeds their expectations, and I enjoy using my broad knowledge base and experience to seek out opportunities where as part of the design team we can add either add value or reduce costs by close liaison and integration of the structural and civil solutions with other disciplines.My role also includes undertaking the Principal Designer role on smaller civil / structures projects where we may the lead / only consultant and are therefore best placed to perform the duty successfully.
