Responsible for HR recruitment of part time staff & completing rosters for staff to meet the demands of the business and keep within payrol targets.Ensuring all staff have completed appropiate health & safety training and continuous monitoring of development.Management of stock control and ordering along with equipment ordering for events.Responsible for the delivery of events in line with function sheets produced by the event planners, along with being able to meet the demands of events with small budgets without compromising service standards and also meeting profit margins.

Starting as a casual member of staff, then promoted to supervisor and quickly followed by progression to casual Catering & Hospitality Manager in late 2009.Responsibilities involved supporting the needs of the event manager in conferences for up to 3000 delegates. During arena events solely responsible for the management of VIP boxes; liaising with staff, clients and chefs to deliver catering requirements at desired times.Assisted with HR in recruitment procedures, including; interviewing, basic administration, staff inductions & training.Highlighted events include BBC Sports Personality of the Year 2008, Liberal Democrats Annual Conference 2010, Labour Annual Conference 2011 & BBC Worldwide Showcase 2012 & 2013.
