I'm an experienced Digital Marketing Leader with a track record of delivering results, as well as building and maintaining excellent teams. As a qualified coach, I help people get clarity on their goals, gain confidence and prioritise work-life balance. In my last role at Epic Games, I led Digital Marketing for Epic Games' technology businesses including Unreal Engine, Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN), Twinmotion and RealityCapture. I was on the leadership team, responsible for a 100 person marketing org. Hands on experience with social media, paid media, lead generation, websites and community management. Prior to Epic, I was at Improbable where I led their Digital Marketing from start up to scale up after a $502M investment. Some areas of focus here included web, social, paid media, email, SEO and CRM. February 2024, I set up my own Digital Marketing Consultancy (Aerio Consulting) with a focus on B2B digital marketing strategy, campaign management, data-driven decision making and creative ideation. Alongside this, I completed training as a Senior and Executive Level Business and Career Coach.
