Coaching at different schools in the area, taking curriculum P.E lessons, After School Clubs and half term camps. Ensuring all sessions are fun, structured and allow all participants to play and improve in their fundamental skills or sport.

Coaching Team sports to girls aged 7-16 of varying ability during the day, as well as being a counselor for a group of 11, 11-13 year olds, ensuring their health, happiness, and social relationships were all at a high standard. Involved very long hours, and constant interaction with children and other counselors. Required very high energy levels and a lot of motivation.In Summer 2012, was director of Wilderness Adventure and Discovery (WAD) program, which involved supervising the WAD instructors in planning safe, fun and interesting activities for girls aged 7-15 in order to teach them survival skills, teambuilding, organic gardening, as well as encouraging them to enjoy hiking, camping and fishing in the Adirondack park. I was also responsible for the development and execution of the program and its’ curriculum, as well as extensive preparation for day trips and overnight camping trips.

Involved planning and leading sessions, receiving feedback from the participants as well as a head coach. Assisting the head coach, travelling to matches, helping prepare the players for the game, then providing feedback during and after the game.

This involved planning and delivering season plans and session plans to teams of different ages and abilities, then producing individual player evaluations, as well as leading game day warm ups, team talks and coaching on the sidelines, and providing match reports. Excellent communication with team and club administrators as well as parents was vital. Also involved taking coaching clinics for 2-14 year olds of various abilities, leading birthday parties, preparing fun, exciting practices for low- level teams, and more intense practices for older, more competitive teams. I also did administration work including taking payments and inputting and extracting information, supervision and management of facilities, as well as refereeing adult and youth games.
