I am a Partner leading the Housing Management team at Anthony Collins Solicitors. My clients are primarily social housing providers, together with various charities with housing accommodation including supported housing. My days are very varied ranging from drafting and reviewing agreements, interpreting Regulatory guidance, dealing with complex rent and service charge queries (including Tribunal work), involvement in wider project work and delivering training sessions for clients.I am the Co-Author of 'Service charges and estate rentcharges: A guide for social housing landlords' published by the NHFI am passionate about social housing, providing homes for everyone, and delivering social justice. I particularly enjoy the changing social and political nature of housing, and the challenges that brings. I also enjoy opportunities for leadership (both in work and outside), strongly believing my own positive attitude and behaviours can influence those I manage and lead.
