-Content creation for multiple local gift shop-style retail stores, The Williamsburg General Store, Campus Shop, and Bubba's Ice Cream Shack. Marketing to both local audiences as well as tourist and out-of-state audiences.-Manage and operate Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts for 3 stores, each with individual target audiences and key messages. Before I started, the stores had little to no social media presence. I established the social presence of these brands. -Researched and cultivated message and posting schedule to best connect with our target audience and promote engagement. -Update and maintain a weekly content calendar for 3 stores across multiple social media platforms. -Head and operate all client-facing digital marketing, using graphic design and photography.-Update and maintain Shopify store, including writing captivating descriptions for new products.

- Assist in creation of all marketing and advertising products for upcoming events, including volunteer recruitment, pre-registration announcements, and guest announcements. Creating both digital and print advertisements. Including social media post relating that encourage volunteer recruitment, make clear calls to action for local artist to submit for artist alley, as well as general announcement post that require no specific call to action from audience. - Coordinated annual community forum held at the Hampton Roads Convention Center with ~1,000 participants, 200 vendors, 6 panels & keynote speaker; lead with sponsors and vendors. Recruited new and returning sponsors and vendors. During the year that I was the lead on vendor/sponsors, we reached the largest number of first time high level sponsors. Brought this event back to pre-COVID numbers.- Served on planning committee. Updated the entire photograph portfolio of PAA, allowing them to use little to no less stock pictures.- Developed and produced donation campaign specifically for social media, during national fundraising events (Giving Tuesday, and Give Local), raising ~$3,000.- Responsible for all mass marketing campaigns, including email & text marketing, flyers, and digital promotions.

The company was strictly virtual and all of the personal trainer's clients were recruited through social media.- Operated & maintained consistent content calendar. Altering content in response to our audiences reactions and what post reach more people.
