I have extensive experience and knowledge of working in the leisure industry, including customer service roles. Throughout my career I have tackled tasks including dealing with customer complaints effectively to contrasting and developing swimming pool and plant room procedures. I have successfully set up one establishment as an RLSS IQL approved training centre with 100% compliance reports and continue to maintain these standards efficiently.I thrive on new challenges and have recently completed my Bachelor of Laws LLB (honours) degree, which I did so around my current life commitments, which include raising my two children, running the family home, working full time and setting up my own business.I am a firm believer that one's mind is only restricted by the barriers we choose to put in place...... Anyone can achieve anything if they are willing to work hard enough for it.
