I am an NQ solicitor with Gateley Legal based in their Residential Development Unit in Guildford, specialising in site set up for plot sales.I work for a range of developers on setting up developments ready for open market sales. I also act for developers on plot sale conveyances from reservation through to completion and also handle a range of post-completion work including transfers of managed land, handovers of resident management companies, deeds of variation and licences to alter.I previously completed a property-focused training contract with Gateley Legal which included seats in RDU acquisitions, construction, planning and RDU site set up.Prior to this I gained several years of experience working as a paralegal in the Residential Development Unit in the site set up team.
