An English Lecturer specialising in Functional Skills. Interested in science, I entered University to read Veterinary Science, which developed my academic skills, ignited my curiosity and cemented my love of learning. My experience since spans several years of classroom delivery in a number of primary schools across Suffolk, working in both KS1 & 2. I have a huge interest in English, STEM and enjoyment of learning, and endeavour to instil the latter into my teaching practice. I now deliver English Functional Skills across a range of centres for adults aged 19+. I am looking to move onto a career path with opportunities to use my range of transferable skills and develop and challenge myself further.
